This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of and enhance the product outreach, web, and content strategy for the Veeam Data Platform aimed at customer acquisition and expansion.
• Oversee the lifecycle of related assets, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant.
• Convey tangible product benefits through easily understandable stories for customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Strategy to grasp product value and create content for Veeam innovations.
• Design and support campaigns utilizing Storylane/dynamic demos, presenter-led demos, technical videos, and webinars.
• Create and implement launch assets for new technologies and provide support.
• Clarify technical benefits for end users and partners while engaging prospects and ensuring customer retention.
• Work alongside the Product Marketing team to enhance market positioning by analyzing competitive landscapes and buyer personas.
• Develop expertise in ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and key use cases to refine messaging, targeting, and content strategy.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B software roles, including technical sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or product management.
• Preferred experience in backup, recovery, security, or monitoring.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of business principles.
• Experience with software, cloud, or aaS delivery is advantageous.
• Skilled in day-to-day pipeline management and campaign performance improvement.
• Capable of communicating compelling technical visions, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable presenting product use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset focused on metrics, KPIs, and overall impact.
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects and initiate new initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Adaptable to a remote, global team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
