This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take ownership of defining, executing, and delivering for the product area, which includes drafting PRDs, refining backlogs, and planning sprints.
• Work alongside application teams to comprehend their needs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap for the platform.
• Collaborate with the Platform Engineering Director to enhance scale, reliability, and developer productivity investments.
• Gain a deep understanding of customers to identify their problems and devise effective solutions.
• Establish success metrics and OKRs for the Platform team; prioritize the roadmap based on concrete evidence.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from customer discovery through design, delivery, and iteration.
• Showcase roadmaps, delivery plans, and product demonstrations in both internal and customer-facing settings.
• Team up with GTM teams to strategize go-to-market approaches and promote the adoption of newly launched capabilities.
• Offer insights on engineering designs and navigate implementation-level trade-offs.
• Enhance collaboration between Platform and Application teams, increase decision-making speed, and refine PM team practices.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, workflow automation, decision-making, and sharing best practices.
• 6–10 years of experience in product management within growth-stage or scaling technology firms.
• Over 4 years of experience managing platform teams and technical products in the role of Product Manager.
• Strong technical understanding, including the ability to engage with engineers on architectural trade-offs, comprehend technical designs, and contribute to feasibility discussions.
• Demonstrated expertise in building zero-to-one products, from initial customer discovery through design and delivery, with a proven track record of products that deliver measurable value.
• Experience implementing robust PDLC practices within complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and influence others through transparency and diligence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present to senior leadership and enterprise customers when necessary.
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS product development and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in the construction finance or fintech domains is a significant differentiator.
