Staff Product Manager – Occupational Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Occupational Health initiative within New Ventures.

• Convert the commercial thesis and market insights from the Founder/GM into product specifications, prioritization, and a strategic roadmap.

• Revise the product roadmap based on insights and feedback from customers.

• Redefine occupational health processes centered around members, companies, and AI technologies.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into scheduling, triage, compliance reporting, and back-office functions.

• Work alongside legal, compliance, and SST domain experts to address NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial-risk requirements.

• Establish OKRs, objectives, and success metrics in conjunction with the Founder/GM.

• Provide transparent progress reports highlighting what is effective and what is not.

• Engage directly with HR and SST buyers, clinics, and brokers in partnership with the commercial team.

• Lead backlog management, rituals, and project delivery with design and engineering leads.

• Keep the team focused and ensure weekly deliveries.

• Guide the initiative from initial hypotheses through validation, MVP, acquiring first paying customers, and scaling.

• Make informed decisions with incomplete information and swiftly adapt based on evidence.

• Foster a culture of wellbeing and cultivate a supportive workplace environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including developing a product from inception to launch.

• Experience in, or close to, heavily regulated or compliance-driven sectors such as health, insurance, benefits, HR tech, occupational safety, or similar fields.

• Comfort in making product decisions where rapid execution is constrained by real limitations.

• An AI-native mindset and the ability to guide AI agents to streamline manual tasks.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to quickly evolving AI capabilities.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Capability to leverage data and metrics for insights and prioritization.

• Skill in determining what metrics to track while the business model is still in development.

• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach with a propensity to deliver and sell.

• Sound judgment to identify non-negotiable aspects of the product.

• Ability to function effectively without a pre-established product organization or process.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Ability to collaborate daily with stakeholders across Brazil, the United States, and the European Union.
