Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from initial conception to final launch.

• Engage directly with customers to identify their requirements and outline specific features.

• Handle multiple simultaneous projects that involve a variety of complex technical challenges and creative content.

• Regularly update both internal and external stakeholders on project progress and related tasks.

• Ensure that products fulfill customer program requirements, including technical tasks, timelines, costs, reporting, and compliance with facilities/infrastructure.

• Assist in the creation and execution of demonstrations and presentations.

• Cultivate strong and effective relationships within the organization and with remote clients.

• Collaborate with the leadership team at Zoic Labs, the software development team, and clients on cutting-edge software products that emphasize data visualization, UI/UX design, web applications, and VR/AR/MR technologies.

• Proven experience in managing software product development.

• Background as a Product Manager successfully delivering multiple projects from start to finish with small to medium-sized cross-functional teams.

• Quick learner of new technical subjects.

• Effective communicator with an appreciation for technical nuances.

• Capable of navigating successfully in an ambiguous environment with adaptable infrastructure and processes.

• Candidates must reside in the U.S.

• Must be able to pass and obtain a DoD clearance.

• Eligibility to secure a DoD clearance or government access to classified/sensitive information is required.

• Must maintain the relevant clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in managing software products that incorporate graphics and/or visualization features.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in delivering projects for U.S. government clients.

• Preferred but not mandatory: a BS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred but not mandatory: 3–5 years of experience in managing software feature development from concept through to executable designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Preferred but not mandatory: security clearance.

• Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with JavaScript, React-Redux, Elasticsearch, WebGL, C++, C#, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Unity, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Cesium, and Python.
