Product Manager, Dashboard – Enterprise Operational Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms.

• Contribute to the development of tools that enhance card and account management, transaction investigations, disputes resolution, servicing, and operational controls.

• Create dashboards and reports for improved operational visibility.

• Design systems that ensure secure and compliant financial operations, focusing on identity management, permissions, and governance.

• Integrate with enterprise systems, including CRM, case management, support tools, and data platforms.

• Identify opportunities for AI-enhanced workflows to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, workflow-oriented experiences.

• Transform operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

• Work collaboratively across various teams including Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, CX, and Data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in building tools for operational teams, including support, risk, disputes, or program management.

• Familiarity with operational dashboards, case management systems, or support tools.

• Experience in handling disputes, fraud, or compliance-related workflows.

• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.

• Capability to define strategies, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design on intricate systems.

• Background in developing enterprise software or operational platforms.

• Ability to distill complex workflows into clear product solutions.

• Capacity to engage with technical, operational, and business stakeholders in fast-paced regulated environments.

• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, compliance, and technical limitations.

• Experience with multi-tenant platform products, 0-to-1 or platform modernization initiatives, data models, reporting systems, analytics-driven products, real-time systems, event-driven architectures, AI/ML, automation, banking partners, regulators, or enterprise clients is desirable.

• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency metrics such as AHT, resolution time, or cost to serve is a plus.
