Senior Product Manager, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and implementation of Cloud-centric features for ClickHouse Cloud.

• Establish and drive current initiatives outlined in the ClickHouse Cloud product roadmap.

• Ensure that initiatives are in line with the company's objectives and customer requirements.

• Conduct market analysis and collect customer feedback to guide priorities.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Generate and propose innovative product initiatives.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and security teams to define project scope and timelines.

• Identify, communicate, and resolve any cross-team blockers and dependencies.

• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and the wider organization.

• Work with marketing and sales to develop strategies for feature launches, documentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing.

• Conduct pre-launch training sessions for sales and support teams.

• Maintain both internal and external documentation post-launch.

• Assist sales and support teams in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

• Define, track, and take ownership of project KPIs, reporting progress to stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze product usage and performance metrics to recommend enhancements.

• Utilize the product daily and propose incremental improvements to enhance the product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud software engineering or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and data analytics.

• Previous experience with ClickHouse is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products to market.

• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to leverage data for product decision-making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
