This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine the product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit segment, guiding it from initial market entry through a structured roadmap.

• Create enterprise-level AI agents designed to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience throughout the audit lifecycle, encompassing planning, risk assessment, audit execution, and reporting.

• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to collect feedback, articulate product strategy, and facilitate the introduction and adoption of product features.

• Engage directly with Chief Audit Executives, VPs of Internal Audit, and Heads of IT Audit, including onsite interactions, and integrate insights into the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Background in internal audit, SOX, risk, or another regulated compliance workflow, whether as a practitioner or as a product manager who has developed software for that industry.

• Strong understanding of the audit landscape, including entity-level controls, risk and control matrices, walkthroughs, deficiency severity, remediation processes, and reliance on external auditors.

• Proficient technical knowledge of large language models (LLM) and agent architecture, including evaluations and trade-offs.

• Capability to maintain a strategic stance under ongoing pressure from commercial stakeholders and to adjust that position when presented with compelling arguments.

• Skill in working with detail-oriented, critical audiences to convert workflows into product specifications.

• Must reside in the USA or San Francisco, California, for the applicable location arrangement.
