This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the incentive system that aligns therapist availability with client demand.
• Manage the structure and clarity of the therapist compensation framework.
• Define what constitutes “well supplied” and develop tools and features to address supply gaps.
• Create and evaluate a sustainable earnings proposition for therapists through controlled rollouts and thorough measurement.
• Encourage therapist availability, match acceptance, and continuity of care.
• Analyze and quantify the effects of changes, draw insights, and strategize next steps based on data.
• Collaborate with teams in matching, eligibility, member experience, therapist experience, and provider acquisition.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, clinical, legal, marketing, data science, and operations teams.
• Establish product and organizational strategy along with long-term goals.
• Oversee and track KPIs.
• Diagnose issues, model solutions, design, test, measure, make decisions, and systematize processes.
• 8-10 years of experience in a product role with demonstrated success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities.
• Proven experience in managing pricing, incentives, payouts, or supply-side economics within a two-sided marketplace.
• Highly analytical; capable of building models, supporting them with data science, and presenting them to a CFO.
• In-depth understanding of unit and business economics.
• Ability to balance business, clinical, and technical aspects in product decision-making.
• Skill in differentiating between decisions that can be tested inexpensively and those that should be made once.
• Strong grasp of marketplace dynamics and two-sided marketplace business models.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Proven track record of guiding cross-functional decisions to conclusion without direct authority.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail and capability to work independently.
