This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the long-term product vision for Foundation, the core commerce platform of Pax8.
• Formulate a strategic roadmap that balances operational excellence, compliance, financial controls, scalability, and growth.
• Oversee investment choices related to marketplace capabilities, billing, subscriptions, ordering, provisioning, analytics, integrations, and partner experiences.
• Design seamless experiences to enhance partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Shape product interactions that assist partners in discovering, purchasing, managing, and optimizing their technology investments.
• Identify chances to boost platform adoption via analytics, recommendations, APIs, ecosystem integrations, and intelligent automation.
• Serve as the strategic product counterpart to the VP of Engineering.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Finance, Operations, Commercial Leadership, Design, and User Research teams.
• Define clear ownership boundaries within the product ecosystem.
• Formulate a perspective on AI and agent-assisted experiences in partner commerce.
• Guide teams in leveraging AI to enhance discovery, validation, delivery, and decision-making processes.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing product management team.
• Mentor leaders and product managers across a diverse and intricate portfolio.
• Proven success in leading large-scale product organizations with executive-level responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex marketplace, commerce, platform, SaaS, or partner ecosystem products.
• In-depth knowledge of commerce journeys, including purchasing, subscriptions, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and partner operations.
• Strong background in balancing growth initiatives with governance, compliance, operational control, and scalability needs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, operational teams, and commercial functions.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture concepts and product decision-making processes within complex technical settings.
• Experience in utilizing AI and emerging technologies to enhance product strategy, delivery, prioritization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to navigate seamlessly between executive strategy, technical discussions, and customer-oriented results.
• A customer-first approach grounded in real-world experience serving businesses, partners, marketplaces, or technology ecosystems.
• Proven capability to lead through uncertainty while maintaining strategic clarity and organizational alignment.
• Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
