This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and prioritize the roadmap for CRO and landing-page experiments across all business verticals.
• Develop and enhance landing pages utilizing Credible’s content management system (CMS).
• Establish A/B test hypotheses, define success metrics, and identify minimum detectable effects.
• Perform statistical analysis and present experiment findings along with suggested next steps.
• Manage paid-funnel key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-to-prequal, prequal-to-submit, and submit-to-approval rates.
• Collaborate with Engineering on implementation schedules, with BI on instrumentation and event tracking, and with SEM on campaign alignment and Quality Score objectives.
• Create and sustain dashboards for monitoring experiment status, landing-page effectiveness, and conversion trends.
• Enhance the quality of offline conversion data and ensure that experiment results are accurately reflected in Google Ads bidding signals.
• Utilize session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analytics, and qualitative feedback to formulate hypotheses and maintain a backlog of insights.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Performance Marketing while partnering with Engineering, Design, and BI teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Management position with a strong emphasis on conversion rate optimization, growth, or performance marketing products.
• Practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests on landing pages or on-site funnels.
• Knowledge of statistical significance, sample sizing, and common experimental pitfalls.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies, including Quality Score, landing page relevance, campaign-to-page alignment, and the impact of conversion rates on paid channel economics.
• Ability to compose clear specifications, collaborate closely with engineers, and comprehend front-end constraints without the need for coding.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
• Preference for rapidly launching imperfect tests and comfort in a high-iteration work environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capability to present experiment results and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree; a background in quantitative fields, engineering, or business is preferred.
• Nice to have: experience in a FinTech, financial marketplace, or lead-generation organization.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Google Ads Quality Score.
• Nice to have: experience with Strapi.
• Nice to have: familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
• Nice to have: experience using tools like Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Nice to have: previous experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
