Staff Product Manager, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the individual integrations strategy from pricing and packaging to distribution planning and general availability (GA) readiness.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to prioritize integration investments, balancing customer and revenue commitments with platform scalability.

• Define and implement platform-based integration strategies, including generalized APIs or connectors, to facilitate customer self-integration.

• Manage the integration lifecycle from alpha and beta phases through to GA and post-launch scaling.

• Coordinate with strategic partners and key customers to align on the roadmap, timelines, and requirements.

• Make decisions regarding permissioning, security, and licensing models for packaged integrations.

• Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration investments, including criteria for discontinuation and proof points.

• Connect Go-To-Market (GTM), Partnerships, and Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of commercially viable integration solutions.

• Strive for exceptional product delivery while balancing immediate customer demands with long-term scalability.

• Own the integration roadmap and achieve measurable results on strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within a B2B product-focused SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated success in leading initiatives within a multi-product portfolio company.

• Experience in close collaboration with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver unified solutions.

• Proven ability to partner with distributed engineering teams across various time zones.

• In-depth technical knowledge of integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth/permission models.

• Strong commercial acumen regarding what to build, for whom, and when to do it.

• A tendency to prioritize thorough communication through written specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and proactive status updates.
