📋 Description

• Develop and implement the vision and strategy for Webflow's access control, identity, and governance features.

• Expand capabilities to accommodate Webflow's largest and most strategically important clients.

• Advocate for the needs of major customers and collaborate with go-to-market teams to influence the enterprise approach.

• Convert field insights into product direction.

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to realize the product vision and create substantial impact.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advance access control principles throughout Webflow.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated history of executing quickly to provide outstanding enterprise customer experiences.

• Proficiency in enterprise security and governance, including identity management, role-based access control, auditing capabilities, and compliance frameworks.

• Insight into how IT and security teams assess and implement security and governance solutions.

• Familiarity with website and AI technologies.

• Knowledge of tools used by marketing teams to create and optimize websites.

• Ability to think systemically and understand how features integrate into a broader product strategy.

• Active engagement with AI and emerging technologies.

• Valid authorization to work depending on the country of employment.

• A successful background check may be required.
