Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud.

• Take ownership of the positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand initiatives.

• Work alongside Engineering and Technical Program Management for the development of these environments.

• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic opportunities.

• Provide briefings to partners, resellers, and analysts regarding deployment options.

• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams on product changes impacting authorization or customer commitments.

• Tailor Grafana Cloud capabilities to meet the requirements of regulated and customer-owned environments.

• Determine feature priorities for BYOC and Federal Cloud while influencing future deployment models.

• Utilize AI tools daily for research, product-signal analysis, and the development of positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience with a technical B2B product, or a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) combined with a proven transition into product ownership.

• Practical experience with non-standard SaaS deployment models, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.

• Strong product and go-to-market judgment.

• A keen interest in engaging with US public sector customers and understanding their needs and purchasing cycles.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills within a remote, globally distributed organization.
