Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana BYOC and Grafana Federal Cloud offerings

• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, and differentiation, collaborating with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs

• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Program Management on deployment environment buildouts

• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic initiatives

• Provide briefings to partners, resellers, and analysts regarding deployment options

• Work alongside Security, Compliance, and Legal on product modifications that impact authorization or customer commitments

• Customize Grafana Cloud functionalities for regulated and customer-owned environments

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis for research, product-signal analysis, and positioning

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in a technical B2B product, or possess a technical background with a proven transition into product ownership

• Practical experience with non-standard SaaS deployment models, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud

• Background in cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools

• Strong judgment in product and go-to-market strategies

• Enthusiasm for engaging with US public sector customers and understanding their needs and purchasing cycles

• Proven ability to lead across multiple teams without direct authority

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote, globally distributed organization
