Staff Product Manager – Email Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Email Builder user journey

• Develop a top-tier AI-driven email editor

• Formulate automation strategies and integrate AI for campaigns

• Create features for execution and scheduling optimized by AI

• Design reporting dashboards to evaluate campaign performance

• Oversee subscriber preferences and compliance processes

• Develop a strategic roadmap for Email Marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation

• Demonstrated success in creating user-friendly, high-adoption tools

• Practical experience with AI/ML integrations

• Strong product development skills, including writing PRDs and mapping user journeys

• Data-driven mindset with a background in A/B testing

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
