Email Marketing Specialist – Klaviyo, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and schedule 2–3 email campaigns weekly for each client in Klaviyo.

• Craft persuasive, on-brand messaging for campaigns and lifecycle flows utilizing Claude.

• Create and sustain Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, and advanced segmentation flows.

• Configure and perform quality assurance on automations, filters, splits, A/B tests, and list hygiene.

• Track opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, LTV, and retention metrics.

• Ensure list cleanliness, manage suppression logic, and uphold SMS compliance.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Designers to effectively launch campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to enhance email and SMS performance.

• Oversee email and SMS marketing strategies for various eCommerce and DTC brands.

• Take ownership of campaigns, lifecycle flows, segmentation, and performance enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical email marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce/DTC.

• Proficient in Klaviyo with experience in campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability.

• Exceptional email copywriting abilities with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Experience managing email lists with over 10,000 subscribers.

• Familiarity with LTV, repeat rates, and cohort analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.

• Reliable and fast internet connection.
