This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead activation, feature adoption, product-led expansion, and retention initiatives across the complete Email Charter.
• Enhance onboarding experiences for agencies and sub-accounts by configuring email templates, executing campaigns, and initiating sequences.
• Execute PLG loops, feature discovery prompts, template-sharing frameworks, and in-app monetization/upsell notifications.
• Create a rapid A/B testing framework that encompasses onboarding processes, feature paywalls, pricing structures, and campaign setup wizards.
• Identify and assess activation funnels, usage decay metrics, and feature retention cohorts.
• Illustrate the connection between email utilization and platform retention.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to drive growth campaigns and adoption strategies.
• Chart and evaluate the comprehensive Email Marketing user journey.
• Develop an experimentation backlog and initiate A/B tests.
• Establish growth metrics and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Realize quantifiable enhancements in new user email activation rates.
• Initiate template-sharing and feature-discovery growth loops.
• Showcase a positive effect on sub-account retention and overall platform lifetime value.
• Over 8 years of Product Management experience with a concentrated emphasis on Growth, PLG, funnel optimization, or monetization within B2B SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing programs that achieve statistically significant growth.
• Extensive expertise in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, etc.), cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and SQL/data visualization.
• Strong product intuition combined with a highly analytical, hypotheses-driven operational strategy.
• Capability to lead cross-functional growth teams encompassing engineering, marketing, design, and analytics.
• Previous experience in driving growth or product-led adoption in marketing automation, CRM, or agency management platforms.
• Experience in optimizing pricing tiers, feature gating, or usage-based monetization models.
