This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the multi-year product roadmap for the complete money movement lifecycle, focusing primarily on consumer disbursements.
• Establish and articulate the product vision for outbound payments, ensuring a balance between speed, reliability, compliance, operational efficiency, and cost.
• Guide the advancement of the disbursements platform, enhancing capabilities for new use cases, partners, and payment rails.
• Develop strategies for selecting, routing, and optimizing payments through ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, and digital wallets.
• Manage payout configuration, timing, cutoffs, retries, reversals, and exception handling across various rails.
• Propel the vision for comprehensive money movement associated with disbursement funding.
• Oversee requirements for ledgering, reconciliation, error handling, and payout transparency.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on ledgering, settlement reporting, and audit preparedness.
• Convert money movement workflows into product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Manage backlog prioritization and delivery in conjunction with engineering leadership.
• Lead extensive platform initiatives and incremental improvements with multiple cross-functional development teams.
• Collaborate with clients and vertical teams to create scalable features.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks, processors, and fintech infrastructure partners.
• Assist in partner selection, onboarding, and performance management.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on disbursements, payouts, and outbound money movement.
• Work alongside compliance and risk teams on controls, limits, monitoring, and regulatory-aligned payout processes.
• Collaborate with go-to-market, operations, and support teams on product launches and operational readiness.
• 15+ years of product management experience, showcasing extensive expertise in payments, money movement, disbursements, or payout platforms.
• Profound understanding of payment rails, including ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, card-based payouts, and digital wallets.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial infrastructure, encompassing ledgering, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling.
• Experience collaborating directly with accounting, finance, and compliance teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives on a large scale.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
• Exceptional communication skills and a history of producing high-quality product documentation.
• Familiarity with agile development environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
