
Staff Product Manager – Data Products, Agent Interface

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's comprehensive data products, which include SDK event ingestion, the data platform, and customer-oriented data offerings.
• Take ownership of the strategy for AI-driven analysis of software delivery data and the user experience related to data products, encompassing CLI, MCP, and Skills.
• Ensure cohesion across data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption, allowing downstream analytics, experimentation, insights, and integrations to depend on a robust, well-structured foundation.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to launch products and formulate go-to-market strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product-related decisions.
• Mentor and elevate product managers while enhancing data-informed product practices throughout the organization.
• Over 8 years of product experience, particularly in data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools.
• Alternatively, over 8 years of engineering experience in data-centric systems with a robust product mindset and aspiration to transition into product management.
• Demonstrated success in launching data products to market and driving strategy across various teams or platform-scale product areas.
• Strong comprehension of contemporary data architectures, including event/streaming pipelines, data warehousing, lakehouse models, data modeling, and processing-at-scale considerations.
• Experience with platform products aimed at internal teams or developers, as well as end-user-facing data products such as analytics, observability, insights, and experimentation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Quick learner across various domains.
• Customer-focused product judgment and a strong product intuition.
• Systems-thinking capability regarding ingestion pipelines and customer-facing dashboards.
• Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, business acumen, and the ability to align technical solutions with customer and company objectives.
