This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Utilize filters in HR systems to identify the target audience, considering factors such as employment relationship, work arrangement, organizational area, and assignment or secondment status.

• Gather work hours, absence, attendance, substitution, and timekeeping records for specified reference periods.

• Cross-reference configuration data within the system to create an identification key for each employee’s work schedule plan.

• Develop daily project work schedules based on shift-cycle logic.

• Implement data-cleansing and exclusion criteria to verify the eligibility of the analyzed records.

• Compare anticipated entries with those recorded in the system, pinpointing necessary additions, updates, and blocks.

• Collaborate with the IT team to facilitate bulk entries.

• Integrate timekeeping records into clock-in and clock-out pairs for time-based analysis.

• Detect unusual patterns in special work arrangements, such as recurring daytime schedules and weekends off.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and the development of analytical solutions.

• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation from relational databases.

• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques for data analysis.

• Familiarity with machine learning and visualization libraries, including Scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib/Pyplot.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.

• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

• Background in building chatbots.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams.

• Ability to serve as a liaison between business and IT.

• Skill in presenting results to non-technical audiences.
