This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of data, analytics, and AI solutions for the SIOP transformation.
• Contribute to achieving measurable business outcomes related to inventory and customer service.
• Collaborate with senior team members and business partners to frame supply chain challenges.
• Prepare and analyze operational datasets.
• Design and assess machine learning, statistical, forecasting, and time-series models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, feature engineering, validation, and performance assessment.
• Convert analytical discoveries into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Provide support for AI-driven applications and tools, including Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end data science projects from defining problems and preparing data to modeling, testing, visualization, and deployment.
• Create and maintain analytical datasets and data transformation workflows utilizing Python and SQL.
• Integrate data from various enterprise systems.
• Develop dashboards, analytical applications, and decision-support tools.
• Adhere to standards for testing, version control, documentation, monitoring, and maintainable coding practices.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to data products such as Snowflake tables, forecasting models, inventory analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven tools.
• Validate outputs, identify data or model discrepancies, document solutions, and support ongoing improvements.
• Enhance data quality by profiling operational datasets and investigating issues.
• Effectively communicate analytical results and facilitate the adoption of data-driven tools and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 1 year of experience in data science, analytics, engineering, or a related quantitative role utilizing SQL and/or Python for data analysis, preparation, or analytical solution development.
• Relevant internships, co-op positions, or research experience may be considered.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship currently or in the future.
• Must be capable of performing work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Requires mobility within a manufacturing plant environment while utilizing Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must frequently sit, stand, and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
• Must be willing to travel between locations or to suppliers up to 25% of the time.
