This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish a unified vision for consumer credit experiences and convert strategy into actionable priorities across various teams.
• Assist consumers in exploring financing options prior to checkout, understanding their purchasing power, and recognizing credit availability post-repayment.
• Create tailored experiences for both new and returning consumers by leveraging research and experimentation.
• Oversee merchant prequalification and purchasing power experiences.
• Collaborate with purchasing power and credit decisioning teams to transform platform capabilities into user-friendly consumer experiences.
• Harmonize Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities.
• Persuade senior leaders through well-founded recommendations and sound judgment.
• Establish success metrics, spearhead discovery and experimentation, and utilize funnel analysis and consumer feedback to enhance activation, conversion, repeat engagement, and understanding.
• Promote responsible access to credit.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management.
• Proven success in guiding products from discovery to launch while driving adoption.
• Background in fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or similarly intricate environments.
• Experience in independently directing a significant product area.
• Proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders and uniting multiple teams around priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Capability to simplify complex systems into user-friendly experiences.
• Strong skills in interaction design, effective communication, and consumer trust judgment.
• Ability to link long-term opportunities with practical product and platform decisions.
• Competence in collaborating effectively with engineers on capabilities that serve diverse experiences.
• Familiarity with customer research, behavioral data, and well-designed experiments.
• Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience in credit, lending, personalization, or AI-driven consumer experiences is advantageous.
