Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead product initiatives for the BASE Focus Area within the Marketplace Management Systems team.

• Create referral program capabilities that serve as a scalable growth channel to enhance acquisition and engagement.

• Develop and enhance client management functionalities that support a sustainable marketplace.

• Lead the creation of tools that streamline and optimize how Wellhub delivers services to the market.

• Establish product requirements and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on product solutions.

• Assess and refine products, processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Design and implement the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Focus on prioritizing high-impact initiatives and features.

• Utilize analytics and research to evaluate product success and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Develop KPIs and monitor product performance.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams.

• Foster a culture of wellbeing and promote a supportive work-life balance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Product Management is essential.

• Prior experience with the Product Lifecycle is required.

• Proven experience in building products in close partnership with engineering, design, and business teams.

• Experience in developing global products with international teams.

• Capability to define product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.

• Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with immediate execution priorities.

• An entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset.

• A data-driven approach along with strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Looker and Metabase.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficiency in running sprints, managing backlogs, and working iteratively.

• Experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and MVP development to testing, iteration, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• An AI-enabled mindset with active use of AI in daily tasks.

• Strong written and verbal English skills for daily business communication.

• Must be based in Brazil.
