This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of various Trust Hub products from inception to completion.

• Design efficient and appealing registration experiences while upholding top-notch KYC standards.

• Formulate, articulate, generate enthusiasm for, and secure support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with company objectives.

• Guide cross-functional teams through the phases of planning, design, development, and product launches.

• Grasp customer requirements and work alongside engineering and UX teams to convert them into product specifications and user stories.

• Establish key performance indicators, analyze data, inform product choices, and assess success.

• Cultivate relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Execute data-driven business evaluations to assess product performance and revenue/market achievements.

• Travel occasionally for project or team meetings in person.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.

• Demonstrated success in spearheading product launches and shaping product strategies.

• Strong analytical thinking capabilities with the proficiency to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for product decision-making, securing executive buy-in, and achieving measurable results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling influence and collaboration across all levels, as well as effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of technical, analytical, and UI/UX design aspects with the capacity to delve deeply while maintaining focus on overarching goals.

• Proactive, accountable, and responsible in translating ambiguous priorities, managing conflicting inputs, and advancing initiatives against complex challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in developing products/services related to APIs and enhancing developer experiences.

• Familiarity with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems.

• This role must be based in the United States and is not eligible for candidates located in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
