Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and enhancement of Lime's mobile application to create an exceptional rider experience.

• Foster ongoing improvements in the rider journey, with an emphasis on usability and overall satisfaction.

• Evaluate user feedback, conduct customer research, and analyze market trends to guide product strategy and roadmaps.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to roll out new features.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and subsequent analysis.

• Prioritize the product backlog and development initiatives to align with organizational objectives.

• Set and monitor key performance indicators to assess product effectiveness.

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI for creating simpler, more personalized, and effective rider experiences.

• Integrate AI tools into daily product development processes for research, analysis, prototyping, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience in product management in a large technology firm or startup environment.

• Documented success in managing and launching consumer-facing mobile app products.

• Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in AI with practical experience using contemporary AI tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Candidates must be residents of Canada.

• Preferred experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.

• Experience in developing AI-driven products, features, or workflows using tools like Claude is preferred.

• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment is preferred.

• Previous experience in Mobility or Transportation is preferred.
