Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and enhancement of Lime's mobile application to elevate the rider experience.

• Propel ongoing enhancements of the rider journey, usability, and overall satisfaction.

• Evaluate user feedback, customer research, and market trends to guide product strategy and roadmaps.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to introduce new features.

• Manage the product lifecycle from initial conception through to launch and subsequent analysis.

• Prioritize the product backlog and development initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success.

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI for creating simpler, more personalized, and effective rider experiences.

• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and implementation.

• Occasionally travel to assist with business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management within a large tech or startup environment.

• Demonstrated success in managing and launching consumer-facing mobile app products.

• Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

• Strong fluency in AI and practical experience with modern AI tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Candidates must reside in the United States; applications are welcomed from anywhere in the US or Canada.

• Preferred: experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.

• Preferred: experience in developing AI-powered products, features, or workflows using tools like Claude.

• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

• Preferred: prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Previous experience in mobility or transportation is a significant plus.
