Product Manager Specialist I – Agent Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join the Agent Platform team, a centralized hub for the creation, management, and operation of LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels.

• Develop a platform for agent creation that empowers functional teams to independently utilize GenAI.

• Oversee the development and enhancement of a suite of digital products from initial concept to post-launch.

• Gain expertise in user pain points and market trends.

• Facilitate alignment, exploration of problems, and brainstorming sessions with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users.

• Lead experiments to validate hypotheses and disseminate insights.

• Conduct cycle-prioritization ceremonies, including planning and release planning.

• Motivate the development team by emphasizing the purpose and value of products within Grupo Boticário’s ecosystem.

• Aid in fostering the transformation and adoption of a product management culture within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar positions involving digital products.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others.

• Daily utilization of AI tools such as Cursor, NotebookLM, and Gemini.

• A data-driven approach, integrating various data sources and merging quantitative analysis with qualitative research.

• A business-oriented perspective on product vision.

• Understanding of user experience, design, and innovation concepts and practices.

• Capacity to challenge the status quo alongside peers and leaders.

• Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Robust planning and organizational skills.

• Comfort in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

• Knowledge of how LLMs and agents function (a plus).

• Experience in managing platform products (a plus).
