This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the 3–5 year strategic vision and success metrics for the Signal Priority and Preemption portfolio.
• Integrate hardware, edge computing, and cloud software across different fleet types.
• Create scalable solutions that minimize deployment challenges, reduce costs at scale, and enhance unit economics.
• Convert intricate signal-priority issues into actionable, market-ready solutions.
• Engage in ongoing discovery and validate the most critical assumptions.
• Transition offerings from reactive data visualization to AI-driven predictive optimization.
• Serve as the executive authority on priority systems and smart infrastructure.
• Shape company-wide product strategy and counsel senior leadership on market positioning.
• Develop partner networks and coordinate Sales, Engineering, and GTM teams on high-stakes launches.
• Independently negotiate complex trade-offs.
• Safeguard and expand essential revenue streams through dependable, modern software.
• Mentor junior product managers.
• Propel cloud-connected preemption and priority software for emergency vehicles, public transit, and commercial fleets.
• Establish analytics platforms for fleet performance, intersection health, safety metrics, and fuel efficiency.
• Ensure smooth integration with the wider platform ecosystem and architecture.
• Report directly to the Product Director of App Services.
• Significant product management experience as a principal or lead contributor.
• Demonstrated success in scaling enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to expand into new vertical markets.
• Capacity to excel in high-standard, highly ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to take full ownership of complex initiatives.
• Continuous discovery and validation of essential assumptions.
• Strong business acumen linking product decisions to COGS and margins.
• Capability to align product strategy with executive-level sales and engineering objectives.
• Ability to manage complex trade-offs and safeguard high-impact priorities.
• Enthusiasm for technology that saves lives, enhances public transit, and optimizes commercial fleets.
