This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.
• Define and take ownership of the product vision for the designated scope.
• Convert company goals, product vision, and market opportunities into a roadmap that spans from initial validation to widespread adoption.
• Establish success metrics for each phase of the initiative and ensure team accountability.
• Foster internal and external alignment surrounding the product vision.
• Work collaboratively with design and engineering teams to form a cohesive and focused group.
• Conduct discovery to validate issues, solutions, and customer willingness to pay.
• Release early, learn rapidly, and iterate based on actual usage.
• Introduce an agentic paradigm alongside an existing product while managing cannibalization risk, migration paths, and customer trust.
• Drive post-launch adoption and take ownership of both customer and business outcomes.
• Develop a perspective on exemplary agentic B2B SaaS experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML on agent orchestration, model selection, and reliability.
• Design for trust and control between autonomous agent actions and human involvement.
• Comprehend proposal, sales, asset management, and compliance/security workflows.
• Execute customer and prospect discovery.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends for agentic proposal automation.
• Operate autonomously, identify opportunities, and engage stakeholders.
• Communicate the vision, progress, and metrics to executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers.
• Act as an internal thought leader on agentic product experiences.
• Proven history of developing and launching new products, finding product-market fit, and driving adoption.
• Hands-on experience in creating agentic or AI-driven experiences in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, latency, context windows, and model selection trade-offs.
• Technical credibility to collaborate with engineering teams without needing to code.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools for research, artifact creation, prototype development, and specification writing.
• Demonstrated product intuition and a deep understanding of user needs and experiences.
• Strong instincts for product discovery, prioritization, and execution in uncertain, early-stage settings.
• Metrics-driven mindset for defining and evaluating success.
• Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a comfort level in ambiguous situations.
• Orientation toward results, with a focus on delivering and learning.
• Experience with enterprise workflows, sales technology, or proposal/RFP automation is advantageous, but not mandatory.
