This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Articulate the vision and multi-year strategy for the MCP and AI ecosystem at Lattice.
• Determine the implications of MCP, agents, and interoperable data for Lattice clients, while promoting responsible AI usage in HR.
• Deliver MCP tools, resources, and integrations with third-party connectors.
• Enhance the capabilities for admins, managers, and executives in utilizing Lattice data seamlessly in their workflows.
• Lead the product strategy for aspects such as authentication, permissions, agentic execution frameworks, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations.
• Act as a technical collaborator with Engineering on the design of MCP tools and the infrastructure for third-party integration.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Product Marketing to facilitate the launch of integrations.
• Take ownership of key performance metrics related to integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem expansion.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products that have significant customer and business impact.
• Extensive experience in developing technical integrations within multi-party ecosystems.
• Strong technical knowledge of third-party integration methods, data synchronization and field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication and OAuth, permissions, and reliability.
• Proven history of delivering scalable and reliable integrations in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience in launching partner initiatives or marketplaces in conjunction with go-to-market teams.
• Successful track record of transforming a platform or ecosystem into a competitive edge and quantifiable business driver.
• Capability to influence senior leadership and bring together teams with diverse incentives around defined decisions, priorities, and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident demeanor.
• Proactive mindset and ability to establish structure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• This role is open to candidates residing in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tools.
• Bonus: Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, HR/people-data, or other sensitive data workflows.
