This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of measurable business outcomes across Constructor's agentic experiences, focusing on usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement.
• Develop dashboards and tools that provide business teams with transparency and control over agentic experiences.
• Implement a scalable experimentation framework for launching, assessing, and enhancing agentic interfaces.
• Articulate a multi-quarter vision and strategic plan for Agentic Discovery.
• Manage the strategy and roadmap for business tools and dashboard experiences.
• Integrate on-site agentic experiences, offsite/agentic surfaces, and collaborations around common success metrics.
• Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to transition agentic and LLM-powered experiences from concept to implementation.
• Balance the dimensions of quality, latency, cost, and reliability in delivered experiences.
• Specify and implement metrics such as go-live velocity, usage, engagement, and business results.
• Establish explainability, control, and guardrails as fundamental requirements.
• Broaden from business tools into chapter-wide leadership across the agentic portfolio and integrations.
• Within the first year, deliver widely adopted dashboard/tooling experiences, drive measurable customer impact, create a repeatable experimentation process, define key metrics, and align teams towards a unified direction.
• Significant product management experience, typically exceeding 8 years, in AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products.
• Proven experience operating at a senior or staff level.
• Track record of impacting business metrics at scale, including usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement.
• Experience in setting strategies across multiple teams.
• Background in developing solutions for business users/operators such as merchandisers or category managers.
• Familiarity with tools, dashboards, and controls designed for business users.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML/LLM products.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs related to quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Comfort with navigating zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling initiatives.
• A rigorous, measurement-oriented mindset focused on usage and business outcomes.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills across ML, engineering, design, and go-to-market areas.
• Strong emphasis on transparency, control, trust, and regulatory measures.
• Ability to set direction in the absence of established guidelines and lead with clarity and credibility.
