Staff Product Designer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of design initiatives related to activation, feature discovery, user engagement, habit formation, and expansion.

• Identify significant opportunities within the user journey and advocate for their pursuit.

• Investigate how generative AI can accelerate the journey from a user's first visit to an "aha" moment through tailored activation and engagement.

• Manage uncertainty, develop streamlined experiments, and take responsibility for the growth experience.

• Leverage insights from the competitive landscape to craft top-tier experiences while ensuring Miro retains its user-friendly nature.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address challenges related to AI quality, discoverability, and the user journey.

• Establish high standards for design excellence, mentor fellow designers, and contribute to design systems and internal tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or roles focused on AI.

• A minimum of 2–3 years functioning at a Staff or Principal level, with a track record of managing complex projects.

• A strong portfolio that highlights user-centered products and strategies, demonstrating their impact on user experience and business objectives.

• In-depth knowledge of AI and tools related to AI design.

• Proven ability to work closely with product management, UX design, and engineering teams.

• Profound understanding of UX practices, information architecture, and methodologies centered on user design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset; comfortable working independently in a dynamic, uncertain environment while juggling multiple priorities.

• Experience in designing tools focused on growth, lifecycle, or onboarding, along with experimentation platforms, is advantageous.
