Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive design process for key product areas, from initial concepts to final execution.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to outline team roadmaps and address the most pertinent issues.

• Collaborate with engineers to guarantee high-quality implementation that aligns with design intentions.

• Develop flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops.

• Advance and sustain the design system to ensure a unified platform experience.

• Influence Vetcove’s product and design culture as the company grows.

• Create tools that assist veterinary clinics in managing their practices, which include inventory management and pharmacy workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing thoughtful and intuitive web applications.

• Proven experience delivering complex B2B or SaaS products.

• Proficient in systems and pattern thinking.

• Strong instincts regarding usability, interaction design, and information hierarchy.

• Capability to navigate between user experience, interaction, and visual design.

• A robust product design portfolio showcasing product thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
