UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design sleek, contemporary, and user-focused interfaces using Figma.

• Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Framer.

• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS code.

• Establish scalable design systems and UI libraries throughout the product ecosystem.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business objectives and technical possibilities.

• Assist in conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and refining user experiences for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing comprehensive user interfaces and components using Figma.

• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and product experiences directly in Framer.

• Ability to produce responsive, semantic, and maintainable HTML/CSS.

• A design systems mentality, ensuring uniformity across components, states, and platforms.

• Capability to design interfaces suitable for both mobile and desktop screen sizes.

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding spacing, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Agile, iterative approach with comfort in working within sprints.

• Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript, motion design, or experience with Lottie or GSAP.

• Submission of real design work examples, including Figma files, live Framer prototypes, or HTML/CSS builds is required.
