UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Craft engaging digital experiences and interfaces tailored to buyer journeys for FyerX and its client brands.

• Produce architecture diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Establish visual identities and design systems across various platforms, including web, social media, and sales touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and marketing strategists.

• Design UI/UX screens for bespoke mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and analyze buyer inquiries.

• Revamp digital journeys based on user insights.

• Guarantee usability and cross-device compatibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive web platforms, mobile app interfaces, and cohesive digital brand experiences.

• Over 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• A proven history of delivering complex web applications, landing pages, and digital products.

• Advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma.

• Experience in creating scalable component libraries and maintaining effective design systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, responsive web layouts, micro-interactions, typography, and WCAG accessibility standards.

• Excellent visual design capabilities.

• Ability to convert highly technical workflows into visually comprehensible graphics while preserving core business logic.

• Strategic problem-solving abilities.

• Emphasis on producing reusable visual assets and maintaining consistent visual weight throughout digital channels.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in coordinating with remote engineering and marketing teams effectively.
