Founding Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the overall product design and assume responsibility for essential product areas, collaborating closely with the CPO and Product Engineering.

• Oversee the entire Product Design process, starting from customer interviews to UX and UI design, culminating in prototyping.

• Frequently interact with teachers and learners to convert their insights into design choices.

• Create sophisticated AI workflows that are user-friendly and easy to navigate.

• Confirm product decisions through research, product analytics, and experimentation.

• Utilize advanced AI tools to develop realistic prototypes more efficiently, preferably directly in code.

• Establish the design benchmark across the entire product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, preferably within a dynamic tech setting.

• Strong foundational skills in Figma and conducting customer interviews.

• Proven experience in product development and analytics.

• Outstanding UX and UI craftsmanship.

• Excellent judgment regarding product decisions.

• A portfolio that highlights products that have been successfully launched.

• A practical approach with the ability to simplify complexity for users.

• Experience with intricate SaaS or AI products throughout the complete user journey.

• Hands-on attitude, from tackling ambiguous challenges to precise implementation.

• An AI-first perspective and familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, v0, and Claude.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English.
