Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Product Design and engage in various projects from conception to launch.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, leadership, and product team members to translate strategy and complex challenges into actionable product initiatives.

• Deliver high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes that transform product vision into user experiences.

• Utilize AI design tools and workflows to explore and validate concepts, features, and interactions.

• Contribute to the design system and ensure a cohesive, scalable visual language is maintained.

• Conduct user research to pinpoint pain points and identify opportunities.

• Maintain a high design standard and make thoughtful, intentional design choices alongside teammates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design within a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product teams to formulate feature strategy and rationale.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing case studies of top-quality work delivered.

• Strong foundation in typography, interaction design, visual design, and ideation.

• Ability to distill complex challenges into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Capacity to navigate between design specifics and overarching concepts while maintaining a steady pace and high quality of execution.

• Knowledge of design systems and their development.

• A mindset oriented towards learning and growth.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling abilities.
