Senior Product Designer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for AI-driven product interfaces on both web and mobile platforms, from identifying problems to delivering high-fidelity designs.

• Create AI-enhanced experiences tailored for maintenance technicians and facility managers.

• Convert unclear AI problem areas into straightforward, testable design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers.

• Recognize patterns and develop reusable design systems.

• Contribute to the design system with an emphasis on consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship.

• Showcase design work with a well-articulated rationale and integrate feedback from stakeholders.

• Advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Utilize AI tools in the design workflow to expedite tasks and enhance output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product design experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise-level platforms.

• Practical experience in designing AI-driven features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive analytics.

• Outstanding visual and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong skills in typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion design.

• Systems thinking ability and experience in building reusable design patterns.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at an expert level.

• Capability to collaborate across various teams and present to executive stakeholders.

• Must be able to work in the specified location.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
