Staff Platform Engineer – AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop the internal AI platform, which includes change-qualification harnesses, progressive rollout strategies, and a shared context for engineers’ agents.

• Transition operations from a reactive to a proactive stance by utilizing agents that establish system baselines and identify anomalies prior to alerting.

• Take ownership of the production platform and its deployment path, encompassing ephemeral environments for each merge request.

• Ensure reliability, manage cloud expenses, and maintain compliance with measurable outcomes.

• Assess and integrate new models, runtimes, and tools while remaining independent of specific models.

• Set the vision for software operations in an agent-driven environment and execute it effectively.

• Engage in daily coding, primarily through the use of directed agents.

• Demonstrate the ability to explain concepts such as autoscaling, queues, and deployments under load.

• Understand the impact of changes on a live system.

• Have hands-on coding experience.
