This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data to enhance high-performing teams.
• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and resource allocation strategies.
• Mentor managers and leaders during periods of rapid growth, organizational transformation, talent development, and effective management practices.
• Assist leaders in cultivating high-performing organizations by establishing clear expectations, accountability, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Work alongside Engineering leadership and Finance on headcount forecasting, hiring priorities, and organizational investments.
• Facilitate talent assessments, calibration sessions, succession planning, and promotion conversations.
• Leverage organizational health, engagement, attrition, and workforce analytics to pinpoint risks and enhance team performance.
• Support organizational transformations while ensuring team cohesion, engagement, and operational execution.
• Accelerate the effectiveness of new managers and leaders through coaching, onboarding, and leadership training.
• Address employee relations issues while balancing business goals, employee experience, and organizational risk.
• Collaborate with People Operations to develop scalable people programs, processes, and manager support.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven insights, business analysis, and actionable people solutions.
• 7–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, or other technical teams during times of rapid expansion and transformation.
• Strong business insight and the ability to convert business objectives into actionable people strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor leaders at every level using data, sound judgment, and credibility.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
• Strong judgment in handling employee relations and navigating complex human resource situations.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, uncertain environment with a builder mentality.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across various time zones.
• Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and scalable human resource programs.
