This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to grasp business requirements across Europe and assist with daily HR operations.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, which includes hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure the accuracy of data across HR systems and tools.
• Serve as a liaison between Shared Services in HR, Finance, and Legal, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Manage interactions with authorities and external partners regarding compensation and benefits, social security, and mobility.
• Assist in the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Administer performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leave, disciplinary actions, and investigation programs.
• Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations.
• Keep abreast of HR trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
• Support international mobility and relocation processes.
• Guide stakeholders through delicate conversations and transitions.
• Lead or assist in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for company culture and enhance internal communication.
• Show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices and proactive bias management.
• Collaborate with European and global HR teams, Finance, Payroll, Legal, external HR partners, and service providers.
• Candidates must be located in Ireland or Spain (home office).
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in an international setting.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in France.
• Practical experience managing the entire employment lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries.
• Experience with French employment law is essential.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in organizing and leading projects that involve various data sources.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability; comfortable managing change and competing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• Training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security is highly valued.
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
