People & Culture Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the complete employee life cycle, encompassing recruitment, development, culture, and collaboration.

• Develop and enhance job postings.

• Evaluate profiles and applications.

• Investigate target demographics and appropriate recruiting channels.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

• Aid in internal communication efforts.

• Assist in the creation of learning formats.

• Participate in cultural initiatives that promote collaboration.

• Handle various administrative duties.

• Support research initiatives.

• Prepare data for insightful analyses and presentations.

• Collaborate with a dedicated buddy from the People & Culture team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in psychology, business psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a related field.

• Ideally, you possess some practical experience, such as through internships or working student positions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.

• Eagerness to take on responsibilities early in your career.

• Openness to actively share your ideas.

• Basic experience with PowerPoint.

• Initial exposure to data analysis.

• Capability to present information in a structured and engaging manner.

• Commitment and receptiveness to new concepts.

• Passion for actively participating in shaping a start-up environment.
