This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to G&A executives, translating global expansion priorities into effective organizational structures, leadership capabilities, and talent strategies.
• Oversee organizational design for global corporate functions, establishing centralized, regional, and local responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and People Ops to determine capabilities and staffing for market and entity growth.
• Develop workforce plans, identify critical roles, assess talent locations, and prioritize hiring sequences.
• Assist in evolving G&A operating models to accommodate a broader global presence.
• Mentor executives and managers on effectively leading globally distributed teams while ensuring consistent performance expectations.
• Navigate organizational change, focusing on leadership layers, regional responsibilities, reporting relationships, and ownership transitions.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
• Promote consistent, performance management practices that drive business impact across various geographies.
• Utilize workforce, retention, engagement, and performance data to pinpoint constraints and assess organizational risks.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and regional specialists on matters related to employee relations, compensation, and local employment regulations.
• Partner with Talent Development and People Ops to enhance onboarding and manager development programs.
• 7–10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Significant HRBP experience within a technology company during phases of high-velocity growth and global expansion.
• Proven experience in assisting corporate functions to build talent, leadership, and organizational capacity for new markets and international growth.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, particularly in defining global versus regional responsibilities and clarifying decision-making authority.
• Experience providing advice to CFOs and other senior functional leaders.
• Business acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions, navigate trade-offs, and influence key decisions.
• Exceptional coaching and change management capabilities.
• Experience guiding leaders through the challenges of international team growth, leadership transitions, and changes in organizational responsibilities.
• Proven track record in enhancing performance, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Proficient in transforming workforce and business data into actionable insights and promptly identifying risks.
• Good judgment, comfort with ambiguity, a proactive approach, candid communication, discretion, and reliable follow-through.
