📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive strategy and execution for eDiscovery and information governance solutions across various business functions and enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance eDiscovery capabilities, covering all aspects from legal hold to collection, review, and production (EDRM).

• Convert regulatory and compliance requirements into system configurations, policies, and controls for platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.

• Oversee program timelines, dependencies, and escalate risks as necessary.

• Maintain documentation that is ready for audits, including regulatory control matrices, playbooks, and SLAs.

• Develop and verify thorough test plans for eDiscovery controls and information governance tools.

• Recognize automation opportunities, create prototypes using AI and workflow tools, and encourage organizational adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, information governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional compliance programs with various dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

• Practical experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, or Onna.

• Experience in translating regulatory requirements into enterprise system controls and configurations across collaboration and productivity platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to create roadmaps, manage dependencies, and independently lead programs with minimal daily oversight.

• Responsible use of generative AI under human supervision to produce business-ready outcomes and measurable workflow enhancements.
