Staff Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical and business partners to create essential business metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-driven reporting systems.

• Perform in-depth analyses to identify root causes, discover opportunities, predict outcomes, and enhance product and business performance.

• Convert intricate findings into persuasive narratives that guide strategic decisions.

• Work alongside Data Engineers to develop dimensional data models, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and dependable delivery.

• Advocate for data governance and elevate the quality of data and code across technical teams.

• Synchronize roadmaps with business objectives and refine problem framing.

• Offer technical guidance, encourage growth and intellectual curiosity, and promote clarity in uncertain situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., STEM).

• Over 8 years of practical experience impacting product and business decisions through advanced analytical skills.

• High level of technical expertise.

• Proven experience working with Data & Analytics Engineers to design robust data models and establish data quality standards.

• Extensive experience using SQL and dbt to query, transform, and validate complex datasets.

• Background in designing, presenting, and persuading stakeholders with data products and visualizations.

• Self-motivated with the ability to independently meet commitments.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills to convey an inspiring vision and rally people around it.

• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy is preferred.

• A Master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
