Analytics Manager, Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of end-to-end category insights support for major Strategic Account chains.

• Formulate and implement insight-driven strategies to achieve sales volume and profit goals.

• Spearhead analytical and strategic interactions with senior sales executives, sales leads, distributor partners, and relevant retail buyers.

• Create and present insights, analyses, and category evaluations.

• Evaluate performance, pinpoint opportunities, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Utilize syndicated, retailer loyalty, and internal data to derive shopper and business insights.

• Design, sustain, and enhance reporting and analytics frameworks.

• Assess and measure the impact of key initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to explore growth opportunities in innovation, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions.

• Assist in category reviews, new item and program meetings, business planning, and on-demand analyses.

• Work alongside Sales and the Business Intelligence team, with travel as required.

• Cultivate consultative relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and execution.

• Partner with Sales, BI, and Marketing to develop integrated solutions.

• Identify risks and opportunities, and communicate suggested actions.

• Act as a thought partner to stimulate business growth.

• Streamline processes and enhance team effectiveness.

• Foster capabilities and disseminate best practices.

• Provide adaptable support across additional customers or categories as business needs change.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree is mandatory.

• 5-10 years of relevant business experience in the CPG industry, whether with a supplier, retailer, or distributor.

• Experience in the beverage alcohol sector is preferred.

• Advanced computer skills in Retailer POS, Syndicated and Panel data, Retail Link, Microsoft Excel, Nielsen, and/or Circana.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Team-oriented approach is crucial.

• Creative thinking with the capability to communicate and present ideas and solutions effectively.
