📋 Description

• Take charge of the development for our cutting-edge, flagship AI grocery ordering solution.

• Outline the architectural roadmap for future systems.

• Direct the design, construction, and implementation of scalable, resilient APIs and backend systems.

• Make pivotal architectural choices that influence the platform and product strategy.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers.

• Work alongside Product, Account Management, and fellow engineering teams to provide integrated client solutions.

• Contribute to a product that is utilized daily in thousands of grocery stores nationwide.

• Utilize AI development tools and the latest technologies for building innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• A strong desire to excel in a dynamic, AI-focused engineering environment that welcomes the adoption of new tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects through the complete development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, with significant autonomy.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to foster alignment among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to mentor junior engineers.

• An inquisitive nature regarding complex systems, detailed business domains, and interdependencies beyond the team's direct control.
