This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more states.
• Accurately process and record vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Examine invoices for correct coding, relevant documentation, and necessary approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payments.
• Maintain precise vendor records and address discrepancies as required.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• Accurately record and apply customer payments.
• Maintain correct customer account balances.
• Document daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate general ledger records.
• Prepare and submit journal entries, including accruals and reclassifications.
• Keep supporting documentation for all accounting transactions.
• Ensure that transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other necessary accounting adjustments.
• Aid in month-end closing procedures, ensuring that transactions are recorded in the proper period.
• Support the Accounting team during the monthly closing process.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with financial reporting and various accounting projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and minimize manual tasks.
• Provide support for other accounting activities and special projects as required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with peers, supervisors, other managers, vendors, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• 100% Remote Role (candidates from LATAM preferred).
