
Sports and Theatre Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the inventory of purchased items.
• Process orders for sports and season tickets using the POS system.
• Investigate missing orders and resolve any discrepancies in purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate ownership tags and manage inventory holds.
• Conduct audits on purchases and attach ticket PDFs as necessary.
• Verify all required seat disclosures and restrictions.
• Confirm that inventory is approved and ready for sale.
• Oversee canceled purchases and sales transactions.
• Address issues related to marketplace broadcasting and report any processing obstacles.
• Request, monitor, confirm, and reconcile refunds for events that have been rescheduled, postponed, or canceled.
• Liaise with brokers, marketplaces, and internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to documented standard operating procedures.
• Assist in updating training materials and suggest improvements to processes.
• Handle assigned customer service representative (CSR) calls regarding new purchases, account clarifications, refund requests, account unlocking, and account management.
• Complete all assigned calls accurately and within the required timeframes.
• Provide CSR support during sports and theatre seasons and other periods of business need as designated by the Team Lead.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn company-specific systems and adapt to changing processes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Fast and accurate data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
• Capability to manage CSR calls, clarify account inquiries, and work towards accurate resolutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Dependability, punctuality, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability for overnight (graveyard) and rotating shifts.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business requirements.
• Previous experience in data entry and familiarity with U.S. sports is preferred but not mandatory.
