Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify the speech and language requirements of children.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes.

• Deliver dynamic speech therapy sessions customized to meet each child's specific needs.

• Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible results.

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to foster children's growth.

• Observe and document students' advancement during therapy sessions.

• Assist students in reaching their Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.

• Cultivate a positive and interactive learning atmosphere for students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.

• At least one (1) year of professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.

• Exceptional communication skills for efficient interaction with children and their families.

• Preferred experience with early intervention strategies.
